On a ‘hot’ sunny day in Moscow last week , the RNG CREW had one mission in mind ‘TO GO BIG’. Not until you watch the video do you actually realise how big these panels are and how they had to use ladders, grip and balance to do all that silver fill !!
Alex Young of the Heavy Artilery Crew recently painted this 12ft by 12ft great Bob Marley portrait commissioned by Island Records. This video was Directed and produced by Nicole Pinch at Spin Productions as part of a 2012 promotion of Bob Marley’s definitive album ‘Legend’.

French Graffiti artist ‘Eskat’, part of the WD crew has been painting for 6 years, He literally paints anything he can, including girls. The pictures below are form a triptych ( three session bodypaint) which questions….
‘the vision of the body in the future, a body of performance, perennial desire which clashes with the reality of time’.

ISTHISTHEFUTURE catches up with Australian born artist Bridge Stehli who is turning the tables on the very much male dominated art form of bodygraffiti. Bridge even goes one step further – not just painting males but paints the ‘Graffers’ themselves. Bridge paints animal characters influenced from her childhood days as she finds it more rewarding to convey expression onto the face of something non-human.
